Assist in managing workers compensation and reducing costs by working closely with insurance carriers, Client workers compensation manager, attorneys and state authorities along with in-house supervisors and managers. Manage each claim from the accident report to the return of the worker for modified duty and ultimately to claim closure.
Help implement the corporate Environmental Health Safety Information System. Collect safety data for use in determining root-causes of compliance problems and implement proactive corrective action items.
Assist with the administration, implementation and compliance with the ISO14001 and 45001 EHS Management System (acts as the plant management representative).
Present safety and environmental training programs to workers and supervisors. Some standardized materials will be made available, and development of site-specific training materials will be required.
Drive Safety Performance throughout the plant.
